Welcome to Beauty Box SLO. By booking an appointment or purchasing services or gift cards through our website or in-store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Services

• We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability.

• Please arrive on time; arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment.

• Services and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of promotional offers.

3. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• They are valid for all services offered at our Foothill location.

• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

• Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients with skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions should consult with a healthcare provider before treatments.

• We maintain strict hygiene standards and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness.

5. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or non-compliance with salon policies.

6. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during booking or checkout is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared without consent.

7. Changes to Terms

• Beauty Box SLO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
